Because our services are digital and consulting-based, refund eligibility depends on the stage of delivery. We are committed to fair and transparent handling of all refund requests.
Starter Package - €297
Before the session: Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled call.
Within 48 hours of the session: 50% refund if cancelled less than 48 hours before the call.
After the session: No refund once the strategy session has been delivered.
Build Package - €997
Before kickoff call: Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase and before the kickoff call takes place.
After kickoff, before delivery: 50% refund if the project has not yet been delivered.
After delivery: No refund once the completed e-shop has been handed over. We offer 2 weeks of post-launch support to resolve any issues.
Growth Package - €1,497
Before kickoff call: Full refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.
During delivery: Partial refund prorated based on work completed at time of cancellation request.
After 30-day period: No refund once the full package has been delivered.
EU Consumer Rights
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason - unless the digital service has already begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost upon commencement.
By purchasing and scheduling your kickoff session, you expressly consent to the immediate start of the service and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service commences.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email return@michalfarkas.com with:
- Your full name and email used for purchase
- Order confirmation number
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
